Deer Park Road Corporation is an alternative investment manager and was founded in 2003 as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) by Michael Craig-Scheckman, after spending the
previous 10 years as an internal investment manager for Millennium Partners in New York.

Deer Park Road Corporation has managed up to $500 million and has always been focused exclusively on the management of deeply-discounted, high cashflow, mortgage-backed and
other asset-backed securities. The investment goal of the firm is to produce both high absolute and risk-adjusted returns.

STS Partners Fund seeks to generate positive returns, in any rate enviornment, through fundamental analysis and security selection without using leverage, by focusing on deeply discounted, shorter-term, high cash flow MBS/ABS.

Deer Park Road Corporation, a privately owned Registered Investment Advisor since 2003, is focusing on deeply discounted mortgage and asset backed portfolios. A proprietary valuation process is used to exploit the disparity between the intrinsic and market values of these securities - capitalizing on a traditionally inefficient MBS/Abs marketplace.
